This firm engages in cryonics, which claims to be able to
restore life after death. This is unsubstantiated, considered
fraudlant, and should be subject to investigation.
The treatment
processes as described in contracts and on the firm's website, stated and implied purposes of cryonics, preparation
and suspension procedures, and definitions and terminology, indicate that the intention is revitalization of deceased
individuals.
Under provisions of the state's Fraud Act, A.R.S.§ 44-1521 through
44-1534, any potential user of services or products of a business within Arizona may submit such a complaint.
